Anyone know a good substitute for cheesecloth? I can't find any here but have a
pumpkin to bake and puree and get rid of some extra juice. Or, if you know another method to do so so I can use said pumpkin puree for bread etc with out having to guess how much I need to reduce the oil/other moisture by, please let me know.

With applesauce, you can put it in a strainer lined with paper towels, let it sit over a bowl until enough moisture has come out, and then scrape it off the paper towels. Might be worth a try.
Do you have any of those "flour sack" dish towels? You know the really thin white ones? I've used those in a pinch (though if you are doing something like pumpkin or spinach it may never be white again...)
