Recipe Request: Rhubarb

I'm trying to be better about actually using the massive amounts of rhubarb we grow (partly because that will hopefully keep it from trying to tackle us as we walk past...). Last weekend I made a sweet rhubarb bread, and it was fine, but sort of generic. Tasty, but not particularly interesting. Other than the rhubarb, no ingredients to get excited about. So I'm turning to my recipeeples — do any of you have a good recipe that involves rhubarb?

I don't use rhubarb much myself, but there's a cooking / food politics / whiskey site (yeah, you'd probably like it anyway!) that I read that's featured it some lately. Here's the link Accidental Hedonist and maybe if I did things right a link to things tagged with rhubarb! Today she's even got rhubarb tips & hints even!

I am SOOOOO jealous! I LOVE rhubarb. I make an awesome rhubarb (or rhubarb strawberrry if you must) pie. Sorry, no recipie. Just use Pilsbury roll out crusts (they are GREAT! and freeze well too), corn starch and rhubarb and sugar. (Reduce the sugar and increase the corn starch if adding strawberries.) I'll look for my great rhubarb bread one though.

Over at The Wednesday Chef, she posted a recipe for rhubarb - grapefruit jam that looks intriguing. Thought you might be interested.
