Uh, nothing, in years. Though I hear that tortillas rolled up with peanut butter, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips is to die for. (roll up, toast over fire)
ooh, will have to try that. But yeah, nothing over a fire in a couple of years. But I miss the Bananas Foster made in the banana. I miss "hobo dinners" in tin foil. And the rosemary chicken and potatoes in the dutch oven. Mmmm. Although, technically, that was over coals.
Let's see... smores, brie, grilled cheese sandwich, apple pie...I think that's all. :) My fave though is bacon and pancakes over a fire. Haven't made them that way in a while.
It makes me sad. When we lived in Minnesota, we grilled year round. Now we don't even have a grill and I'm pretty sure lighting up a camp fire is taboo here in firey california!
